Exam Stress

Stressed Out Session - Exam Stress

Coursework deadlines? Exams? Getting stressed out won't help! Instead, take action to address the problem directly:

  • Running out of time? Compare how long you spend worrying to actually doing some work or revision - less worry, more study
  • Believe in yourself. You wouldn't have been entered for the exam if you didn't have the ability to do it.
  • Don't try to be perfect. It's great to succeed and reach for the stars but keep things in proportion.
  • Don't keep things bottled up. Confide in someone you trust and who will be supportive.
